Sabre has announced that five travel technology providers—TPConnects, Vibe, Lleego, Mesh and Ypsilon.net—have signed up to connect to its Mosaic platform to increase their New Distribution Capability-based airline content.
All five tech suppliers will gain access to NDC fares from 42 airlines within their "existing workflows" through their agreements to use Mosaic.
In a statement, Sabre said that the five providers would enable Mosaic content "progressively," using their own individual roadmaps.
Miguel Gonzalez, Sabre's senior director of global commercial planning, management consulting and partner solutions, said: "Their customers can use NDC from carriers we've launched across the marketplace, and they can do it inside the same agent and corporate tools they trust today. That is how you scale NDC, pairing coverage leadership with workflows that protect efficiency."
Sabre offers NDC content from carriers such as British Airways, Iberia, Air France, KLM, Lufthansa, Qatar Airways and Emirates and said it has "a pipeline of more than 60 additional carriers coming online."
The company said that Mosaic allowed "faster onboarding" of new airline content, with NDC fares being displayed alongside traditional and low-cost carrier options.
"By expanding their NDC connection through Sabre, these partners help agencies and corporates to adopt modern airline content without adding systems," added Sabre in a statement.
