Rick Simonson, CFO of global distribution operator Sabre,
will retire by the end of the year. He will step down as CFO when the company
names a successor and remain as an advisor until he leaves the company. CEO
Sean Menke credited Simonson with leading Sabre's IPO, divesting noncore
businesses and helping to build a new leadership team. He's been CFO for five
years. He previously worked for Rearden Commerce—now Deem—Nokia and Bank of
America.
