Roche's U.S.-booked air volume increased in 2025 to $83 million, up from $76 million reported for each of the prior three years.
The company in 2025 completed a migration to one global instance of its ERP system and launched the new Concur solution. It also enabled New Distribution Capability through global distribution systems and started a limited pilot for direct-connect NDC content. Plans for 2026 include rolling out non-profiled traveler solutions, implementing virtual payment for all employee hotel charges, and implementing an AI solution for answering travel questions and a potential pilot of an agentic AI booking solution.
Roche is targeting a 22.5 percent reduction in absolute Scope 3 greenhouse gas emissions from fuel- and energy-related activities, waste generated in operations and business travel from a 2022 baseline. The company's emissions from business travel in 2025 were about 109,40 metric tons of carbon dioxide equivalent compared with 112,600 metric tons reported a year prior. Business travel emissions accounted for 2.1 percent of the company's 2025 Scope 3 emissions, which in turn accounted for 91 percent of total emissions.
Roche reported 2025 total sales of 61.5 billion Swiss francs, up about 7 percent year over year. The company employed nearly 113,000 people worldwide in 2025, up from 103,250 reported in 2024.
