After consolidating its global travel program in 2025, Paramount Skydance Corp. could face further integration if the newly merged media and entertainment group proceeds with its proposed acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery, which also appears in BTN’s Corporate Travel 100 list. Paramount Global completed its merger with Skydance Media in August 2025.
CWT is Paramount Skydance's consolidated travel management company in the U.S. and handles 95 percent of its global air bookings. The program includes dynamic hotel pricing and airline NDC content, and captures meeting spend that is combined with transient volumes in hotel negotiations.
Paramount Skydance recorded $51 million in U.S.-booked air spend in 2025, down $10 million from 2024. Global travel and expense spend totaled $150 million.
