The defense and aerospace company’s travel team has introduced artificial intelligence into its auditing process for expense reports. Online booking comprised 92 percent of reservations in 2025, of which 75 percent required no agent assistance.
On the accommodation front, the company leveraged combined meetings and transient travel spend in its annual negotiations with hotel suppliers.
