Pharmaceutical and medical device giant Johnson & Johnson spent $94 million in 2025, a year of sales growth for the company.
Worldwide operational sales for J&J increased 5.3 percent year over year to $94.2 billion, including a 5.3 percent year-over-year increase in medicine sales and a 5.4 percent year-over-year increase in medical technology sales. U.S. operational sales were up 6.9 percent year over year to $53.8 billion.
J&J reported 138,200 employees worldwide as of the end of 2025, down by 1,000 from the previous year.
