Honeywell underwent a corporate restructuring in 2025. The company spun off Solstice Advanced Materials in October 2025 and subsequently separated Honeywell Aerospace in June 2026, leaving an automation-focused company operating as Honeywell Technologies.
At year-end 2025, the then-combined Honeywell employed approximately 101,000 people in 79 countries, including about 36,000 in the United States, compared with 102,000 globally and 38,000 in the U.S. one year earlier.
