2025 U.S.-Booked Air Volume: $95M
Consolidated Global TMC: BCD
Comcast racked up a BTN-estimated $95 million in U.S.-booked air volume in 2025, but that figure likely will be very different in future. The corporation announced in June 2026 that it would split into two publicly listed entities within an anticipated period of 12 months. The Comcast name will remain for the technology business that delivers broadband, mobile and entertainment platforms, including the largest Wi-Fi network in the U.S., extending across 40 states. NBCUniversal will house all Comcast’s media and entertainment assets.
Before that announcement, Comcast completed the spinoff of NBCUniversal’s former cable networks into a separate company called Versant in January 2026. Six months later subsidiary business Sky announced plans to buy U.K. free-to-air TV network ITV Media & Entertainment for $2.14 billion.
Comcast has also been busy opening more Universal theme parks, including Universal Epic Universe in Orlando and a horror theme park in Las Vegas, both in 2025, plus Universal Kids Resort in Frisco, Texas in July 2026. In 2025, Comcast confirmed it would proceed with the first Universal theme park in Europe. Building started in Bedfordshire in the UK in June 2026, and the attraction is scheduled to open in 2031.
Business travel emissions across the corporation in 2025 dropped to 149,000 metric tons of carbon dioxide equivalent in 2025 from 180,000 metric tons the year before, and well down from 264,000 metric tons in 2019, Comcast’s baseline year for emissions reporting. Approximately 73 percent of Comcast’s business travel emissions came from supplier-specific direct allocations or data directly provided by suppliers.
Total revenue in 2025 was unchanged from 2024 levels at $123.7 billion.
