Takeda logged $31.5 million in U.S.-booked air spending for 2024, a number that could rise to $39.4 million in 2025. Takeda utilized Concur for 90.3 percent of its total U.S.-booked air.
Takeda in 2024 held an in-person event called Innovation Exchange: Vision 2027 to bring together key suppliers to share their perspectives on the travel industry's future.
Seeking to further explore and develop traveler engagement, the company launched Tip, a chatbot designed to offer answers to common travel questions. Besides rolling out a new analytics tool for data-driven decision-making, Takeda set up a traveler feedback campaign to review overall satisfaction with the program. The campaign includes quarterly surveys, polls via Viva Engage and some direct outreach.
The company’s fiscal year ends March 31. For its 2025 fiscal year, revenue grew by 7.5 percent year over year.
