Hogg Robinson Group's Events & Meetings Management division launched HRG Green Events to help clients plan and execute environmentally friendly meetings
. Included in the program would be selection of certified or local suppliers, regional catering service with local organic food, sustainable travel alternatives and calculating and reporting the CO2 emissions of air, train and car travel as part of an event.
