Hilton Worldwide launched a planning tool offering per-person pricing for small meetings across 1,800 of its hotels in the United States.

Part of Hilton's Connect meeting planning portal activated this year, Meetings Simplified features a list of properties across Hilton's portfolio that will provide a basic package for groups with 25 or fewer attendees. Though that basic package varies by brand, it always includes Wi-Fi, flip charts and beverages. Other such amenities as meals, LCD projectors and guest rooms can be added via an à la carte menu. After checking pricing and availability through the portal, planners can call the hotel to book and confirm the event.
