US Airways in March was the most punctual major U.S. carrier

American Airlines ranked last among the 11 largest U.S. carriers, at 62 percent. Overall, the U.S. industry operated 71.6 percent of March flights on or near schedule, better than the February rate of 68.6 percent but lower than the March 2007 performance of 73.3 percent.
