U.S.-based airlines saw November passenger revenues grow nearly 15 percent year over year
, the 11th consecutive month of growth, the Air Transport Association reported on Thursday. International passenger revenues increased 23 percent, while domestic passenger revenues increased 11 percent. ATA also reported the average price to fly one mile grew nearly 8 percent year over year, which Morgan Stanley airline analyst William Greene in a research note on Friday said represented "significant strength" in pricing. Greene expects legacy airline revenues to grow 15 percent for the full year and an additional 6 percent in 2011.
