The two leading industry associations differed in reaction to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s announcement of a Traveler Redress Inquiry Program
, ostensibly designed to streamline the resolution of what the Association of Corporate Travel Executives called "watch list misidentification" and other issues. ACTE welcomed the announcement "as a step in the right direction, but is reserving further judgment until the workings of the program are fully unveiled," beginning next month. The National Business Travel Association offered its unqualified support in a press statement.
