The court overseeing Frontier Airlines Holdings' bankruptcy accepted the company's reorganization plan
. Frontier now expects to emerge from bankruptcy "on or about Oct. 1, 2009 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Republic Airways Holdings, Inc.," which last month submitted the winning bid to acquire the Denver-based airline.
