Southwest Airlines and Canada's WestJet "by late 2009" plan to detail a cross-border partnership
that would include codeshare flights, cooperative baggage handling, a "distribution plan" that would allow for cross-selling on their respective Web sites and potentially frequent flyer program reciprocity.
