according to a message from United CEO Glenn Tilton posted to a United employee's Web site. According to the posting, United spent six months working to win the account from American Airlines. The "multi-year" deal takes effect 1 Jan 2007 and covers both domestic U.S. travel and overseas service to Asia, European and South American destinations.
