Los Angeles World Airports commissioners approved a new $10 surcharge for all car rentals at Los Angeles International Airport
, according to Auto Rental News. The surcharge, which could be levied as early as May, was established "to begin the process of designing, financing, and constructing a consolidated rent-a-car facility" at the airport, according to LAWA documents.
