Goldman Sachs is contemplating investing in an all-business class airline
Investment banking firm , according to The Guardian. The report suggested the company could either launch a new carrier through its private equity unit or buy out an existing operator. Competitors in the transatlantic business-only airline market include new entrants Eos, MaxJet, L'Avion and Silverjet, and business jet operations marketed by Lufthansa and Swiss International Air Lines. Nascent all-premium projects also are underway at British Airways and Virgin Atlantic Airways.
