American Airlines and JetBlue Airways agreed to swap slots at three East Coast airports.

Under terms of the deal, AA would obtain 12 slot pairs at New York JFK and JetBlue would obtain eight slot pairs at Washington National and one pair at White Plains, N.Y. JetBlue would use the assets at National to operate "at least eight daily departures ... to select East Coast destinations." AA plans to boost JFK services with new routes to Cincinnati, Indianapolis and other markets.
