Air France and KLM Royal Dutch Airlines reduced fuel surcharges
on many long-haul tickets. Declining oil prices this month prompted several other international carriers to cut fuel-related passenger fees, including British Airways, Japan Airlines, Qantas and Singapore Airlines.
