According to FlightStats, United Airlines in September again had the highest cancellation rate among major U.S. carriers at 0.84 percent
of scheduled flights. JetBlue Airways had the lowest at 0.10 percent. Among regional operators, US Airways subsidiary Piedmont Airlines again had the highest cancellation rate at 2.27 percent, according to FlightStats.
