According to FlightStats, United Airlines in October again had the highest cancellation rate among major U.S. carriers at 1.29 percent
of scheduled flights. Continental Airlines had the lowest at 0.16 percent. Among regional operators, Delta subsidiary Mesaba had the highest cancellation rate at 5.5 percent, according to FlightStats.
