According to FlightStats, JetBlue Airways in July had the highest cancellation rate among major U.S. carriers at 1.68 percent

of scheduled flights. It was followed by United Airlines (1.49 percent) and American Airlines (1.22 percent). Continental Airlines' cancellation rate was lowest among major carriers at 0.37 percent. Among smaller and regional airlines, Delta Airlines subsidiary Comair had the highest cancellation rate at 5.16 percent, according to FlightStats.
