ATPI Group announced a "simple flight search" trial as part of a new mobile app

and will upgrade to "full booking functionality should customers demand it." The corporate travel management company's new On the Go app is free for clients, and available for iPhones, Androids and BlackBerrys. It allows users to access their itineraries, track flight status, obtain local destination information and manage a "password-protected mobile wallet" containing frequent flyer numbers, passport info and other data. According to CEO Graham Ramsey, ATPI Group "set out to make the interface as straightforward as possible" after customer feedback advised against "any flashy gimmicks."
