BTN's 30 editorial board members, looked to make this document current and accurate. For chapters on setting up a hotel program and evaluating corporate travel automation, more than a thorough tune-up was called for, so we made more substantial changes.
While these descriptions of the business travel basics are well-suited to new travel buyers or those setting up components of travel programs for the first time, they also provide seasoned professionals a framework for reviewing various aspects of travel operations.
