U.K. travel management company Hillgate Travel announced an integrated booking and expense solution built with Concur.

Hillgate's GateWay system incorporates its FreeWay booking tool and Concur Expense. "All travel bookings made through Hillgate Travel can be captured via TripIt, which will then aggregate the data to automatically prepopulate expense claims in Concur Expense," according to Hillgate. The system also includes "Concur Guaranteed Compliance Service," according to the TMC, "which helps businesses navigate complex tax regulation by capturing the correct data when the claim is entered and then managing supporting receipts to accurately identify all expenses that qualify for tax deductibility."
