Initial integration is underway with one of nuTravel's largest clients scheduled to start using the service on July 1, according to nuTravel chief strategy officer Rich Miller. A second phase of integration expected to be completed later this year aims to create a fully automated hotel rebooking process through which travelers book a hotel reservation via nuTravel, which sends the transaction to tripBam for monitoring. If a lower, applicable rate is found, tripBam emails the traveler who can accept the new rate, prompting nuTravel automatically to update passenger name records. TripBam previously announced integration
with Concur.
