Travel management network Travel Solutions International last month appointed Paul Spencer as strategic sales manager.
Spencer previously served as head of sales for the U.K.'s Hillgate Travel before joining TSI in 2011 as U.K. head of sales. He now is charged with "heading up the global sales team," according to a company announcement. TSI claims corporate travel agency members in 33 countries.
