Partnership Travel Consulting named industry vet Winfried Barczaitis as regional director for Europe.

In his career, Barczaitis has held positions with both travel buyers and suppliers—the latter including regional leadership roles at American Express—with particular expertise in Germany, Russia and other Eastern Europe markets. PTC in July 2013 opened an office in London to oversee activities in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
