Expense management firm Coupa Software acquired New York City-based travel technology provider TripScanner
for an undisclosed
sum, the companies announced Monday. Launched in 2013, TripScanner is an
"open-booking" system that enables clients to capture data, apply
policy controls and analyze off-channel bookings. Coupa plans to incorporate
TripScanner features into its expense management offering for
"select" customers by the end the year.
