Expedia's Egencia announced the acquisition of Traveldoo,

a France-based corporate travel booking tool provider that claims more than 4,000 clients across 50 countries. Terms were not disclosed. According to the companies, Traveldoo will remain an "autonomous" unit within Egencia. According to Traveldoo co-founder Nabih El Aroussi, who will serve as the unit's managing director and report to Egencia president Rob Greyber, the acquisition "will provide Traveldoo with a unique opportunity to accelerate our growth globally while strengthening our financial position."
