Corporate Travel Management Solutions announced the acquisition of fellow Canadian agency Hume Travel.

Toronto-based CTMS, which also has offices in the United States, United Kingdom, Russia and Brazil, said the combination into "one structure" with Vancouver-based Hume would occur during the next year. According to Hume president Ken Hume, the acquisition will provide "access to an array of technologies and support services allowing us to offer turnkey solutions to clients in Western Canada." Financial terms were not disclosed.
