Concur said it planned to establish a joint venture in Tokyo with venture capital firm SunBridge Corp. and minority investor Marc Benioff, chairman of salesforce.com
. Japanese technology veteran Shigeru Fujii was named CEO of Concur Japan, in which Concur is to have majority control when the deal closes in February. SunBridge co-founded salesforce.com Japan and has invested more than $100 million in 65 portfolio companies in the United States and Japan.
