BCD Travel announced a "comprehensive" risk management program

that includes traveler tracking (including "mobile device tracking"), two-way text messaging with travelers impacted by incidents, trip authorization for travel to high-risk locations and traveler support and corporate advisory services. Risk management, according to BCD Travel head of solution portfolio planning Torsten Kriedt, represents "a prime area where one size does not fit all."
