The Institute of Travel and Meetings announced it would seek a replacement for chief executive Paul Tilstone, who plans to take a full-time position with the Global Business Travel Association

. Tilstone has led ITM for six years. According to an ITM statement, he will "operate with" ITM as a GBTA representative, but "full details" of his new role "will be released by GBTA in due course." Tilstone early last year became managing director for what was then called NBTA Europe, "powered by ITM."
