The Association of Corporate Travel Executives named new board of directors members to represent Latin America and the Middle East and Africa

Ricardo Ferreira, a director at Brazilian travel management company Alatur, represents Latin America, a region that has generated "rapid membership growth and a corresponding increase in educational programs," according to ACTE. Johanna Mukoki, managing director of South African TMC Travel with Flair, represents the Middle East and Africa. ACTE this year separated that region from Europe in terms of board representation due to "a growing number of European issues (GDS, privacy, service, etc.) that required a separate focus of concentration."
