Some corporations and travel agencies are taking action against Air Canada's policyof excluding its lowest fares from global distribution systems

"We have seen clients that have shifted to a WestJet policy," said Claire Ingle of Navigant International Canada. Buffalo-based Rich Products is shifting business-class bookings "off Air Canada and onto other carriers--those that we can buy through a single distribution source," said Jean Covelli, the company's travel administrator.
