The U.S. as part of the
U.S. General Services Administration's SmartPay 2 program. Previously selected by the U.S. departments of the Interior and Transportation, JPMorgan said it would provide NASA with 20,000 cards for a progam that in 2007 totaled $156 million in charge volume.
