Fifty-nine percent of 128 respondents to an Association of Corporate Travel Executives survey said flight reductions to U.S. cities "would limit their company's ability to meet directly with manufacturers, suppliers or buyers
." Forty-nine percent said their companies already had cut back on travel this year while 61 percent expect the cost of travel in 2008 "will definitely warrant looking at travel alternatives for non-strategic (non-revenue producing) travel."
