Eligibility: Southwest Business—or, SWABIZ—is designed for U.S.-based companies and requires company name, number of traveling employees and disclosure of total annual air spend to enroll. Southwest Rapid Rewards Business is an associated loyalty program for companies enrolled in SWABIZ, but the loyalty piece requires additional qualifying elements.

Program Benefits: SWABIZ is a direct online booking tool for companies that do not connect through an ARC-accredited travel agency. It offers light policy configuration, travel history tracking and program reporting tools. It also offers a unique ghost card payment feature that reduces payment friction for travelers. For companies that do have a TMC partner, SWABIZ content is accessible via the GDS and Direct Connect/API, and companies can still accrue program awards and benefits by registering their SWABIZ company ID with their travel partner.
Loyalty Benefits: Through Rapid Rewards Business, companies can earn points from qualifying Southwest travel purchases in SWABIZ or through their designated TMC partner(s). Depending on the fare type, companies can earn up to 4 points per dollar spent on qualifying flights. To join Rapid Rewards Business, a company must have a valid EIN tax ID. They must also have two linked Rapid Rewards consumer members that regularly travel on the company’s behalf. Individual Rapid Rewards members simultaneously accrue personal award benefits.
