Swiss travel company Kuoni will pay more than 6 million Swiss francs (US$5.53 million) to Hogg Robinson Group
as part of a settlement ordered by the Geneva Chamber of Commerce, according to Thomson Financial. The payment, "plus interest and as yet undetermined compensatory damages," stems from a disputed 2005 agreement calling for Kuoni to sell to HRG interests in the pair's former Business Travel International partnership. The Chamber also ordered Kuoni to "transfer a number of disputed clients to" HRG, according to the report.
