. The National Commission on Fiscal Responsibility and Reform also proposed to require agencies to rely more teleconferencing and telecommuting. After last month issuing a first set of recommendations related to travel, the commission also recommended a 20 percent reduction in the $4 billion annual federal vehicle budget.
