Outtask lost $8.2 million during the fiscal year ended Sept. 30, 2005, and another $9.6 million during the last quarter of calendar year 2005
, primarily due to stock compensation of roughly $10 million in each period, according to documents filed this week with the Securities & Exchange Commission by parent Concur Technologies. Travel management technology provider Outtask, which Concur acquired in early 2006, generated revenues of $14.4 million in the year to Sept. 30--a 30 percent year-over-year increase--and just under $4 million during the following three months.
