According to HRG, the program helps clients identify "the most economical and efficient" taxi or chauffeured car service; "streamlines the whole payment process through one system"; integrates preferred deals for larger clients; provides "HRG's negotiated rates" for smaller clients; performs "safety checks" on all suppliers; allows users to "amend a car booking when a flight is changed or cancelled"; and enables multiple travelers in the same destination to book a single taxi or car service. Developed in
partnership with tech provider GroundScope, the system was first announced by HRG in 2008 for U.K. clients.
