Carlson Wagonlit Travel gained majority control of its Indian joint venture

by purchasing 26 percent from AFL Private Ltd, adding to its existing 50 percent. The JV claimed sales of $230 million in 2006, and has 800 employees in 12 offices across 10 cities.
