Carlson Companies is working to acquire some of the 50 percent stake in Carlson Wagonlit Travel

According to Business Travel News, that is owned by French hotel firm Accor. Citing "several" unnamed sources, the publication also said the new CWT would seek an acquisition of Navigant Intenational, which owns the TQ3 brand.
