BCD Travel and Pass Consulting renewed and expanded their relationship.

The multiyear agreement will help BCD Travel "offer speech-recognition services, route calls to agents with specialized skills and offer other services" for corporate travel programs, according to the companies. Pass also supplies technology enabling connections to multiple global distribution system and travel suppliers.
