American Express Global Business Travel appointed Jennifer Charlton vice president and head of supplier relations for Europe, Middle East and Africa,

the company announced Wednesday. Based in London, Charlton will "lead GBT’s supplier strategies and initiatives" in the region. Formerly vice president of global supplier management for Carlson Wagonlit Travel, Charlton also has held positions at Global Hotels, Thistle and Guoman Hotels and KLM Royal Dutch Airlines.
