Wheels Up has brought its Air Partner charter brand into a single organizational structure and platform in the United States, the private aviation company announced Tuesday.
Previously, the two brands had separate sales, marketing, account management and service delivery organizations, as well as separate back-end platforms and processes.
Wheels Up closed its acquisition of Air Partner in April 2022.
Air Partner in the U.S. now operates under the Wheels Up brand, "with no impact to existing customer agreements," according to the company. "The U.K. and the rest of the world are anticipated to follow in the coming months."
The new structure also "aligns with the regional and industry sector structure of Delta Air Lines, enabling closer collaboration and co-location of Wheels Up and Delta sales teams jointly engaging with customers and prospects," according to Wheels Up.
Delta was one of three investors that provided a $500 million lifeline to Wheels Up in August 2023, giving the investors a 95 percent stake in the company.
